Track 1 is in the can (media speak for it's done, I haven't binned it).
I'm not sure what time frame I'm working to per track but I'm quite happy that I've got Track 1 finished. Part of the reason I put a 6 month time frame on this album was to push me to get it done, Shia LaBeouf being my inspriation there.
I wrote a bridge in a similar chord sequence to the rest and the lyrics are:

I've got another 4 or so tracks with bits recorded, so hopefully it won't be long until the next one.
